What's the product(s) condition?
Our products are new unless noted otherwise. Fragile items have been taken out of their packaging for inspection. Some items may have small cosmetic defects such as scratches or stain. All items will be shipped with their original packaging to ensure protection during transit. Ceramic items come with heavy and thick cardboard boxes, which reflects the shipping cost. Most products are not microwavable or dishwasher safe so please ask all questions before making a purchase. These items come from a non-smoking, cat friendly home. All items are stored in closed cardboard boxes.
What happens after I submit payment?
We will contact you to confirm your order and inform you of the shipping date. You will receive an email containing the delivery confirmation number.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
